Patio Terrace Area
Patio Terrace Area - large patio area with wooden garden furniture that seats 8. There is a gas bbq for use with beautiful lighting for superb entertaining into the evening. The pool is lit in the evening which adds to the beautiful ambience of dining al fresco. The patio terrace has a gate which leads to the pool area and can be an added safety feature for those with young children.

The pool is one of the most beautiful features of the villa site with its unusual shape. There is a small childrens pool for paddling and sun loungers available for use by all. Pool inflatables can be used but must be bought in after use and not left in the pool area. A communal mezzanine area overlooks the pool with tables and chairs and a bookshelf for use by guests.
Roof Terrace
The roof terrace has sun all day for those wishing to catch the sunshine away from the pool area. Ensure you keep topped up with sun tan lotion - its a hot spot!
Lounge
The lounge has 2 sofas which turn into sofa beds. There is a TV and DVD player with a selection of DVDs to keep all entertained if you need to get out of the sun, especially the children. There is also a selection of books that can be borrowed but would appreciate you finishing reading them before you leave. There is a ceiling fan to keep the room cool if required, although the downstairs area is already quite cool.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer. All cutlery, tableware and glassware has recently been replaced. The washing machine, ironing facilities etc are in the utility area on the upper floor before you enter the roof terrace.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has a king size bed, with wardrobe and 3 sets of drawers. The room is fully air-conditioned with balcony windows facing the pool, and side of the property.
A travel cot and stair gate are also available to use for those with a small child.
Twin Room
The second bedroom has twin beds with a wardrobe, set of drawers and is fully air-conditioned. Windows to 2 walls and a balcony window make the room extremely light and airy.
The Pool at Night
The pool lit at night is a beautiful sight to relax with a glass of wine on the patio terrace at the end of sunny day.
Villa Site Gardens
The gardens within the site are very mature and are tended daily by the site's gardener. You will find it very hard to find any gardens that surpass Seamed villas within Yalikavak.
